How do I contact Nalabe?

What payment options do you accept?
All projects are invoiced through quickbooks. Quickbooks allows payment through all major credit cards and ACH. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal in our online store.payment

Will I have a say in the design process?
Absolutely. Our goal is to please you and in order to do so, we must have your input. If there are design styles and ideas that you have seen in other places, bring those to our attention so we bring your ideas to life. If you already have a logo or other collateral that you would like us to work around, that’s no problem. We work for you.

How did you come up with pricing?
That is a very great question. We know how important it is to set a budget and stick to what you have planned. We work extremely hard to keep our prices reasonable and affordable for a wide variety of clients. We feel that keeping our prices more conservative will allow us greater opportunities. All of our services are charged differently according to hours, expertise, and other products and services used to complete the project. Feel free to ask additional questions regarding our pricing. We are happy to be open and honest with you.

What services do you offer?
We offer many different services to meet your personal and business needs. You can explore all of our services by clicking “Services” in the upper menu. Take a look at our portfolio to get an idea of what we can do for you. 

What is your return policy?
If any product or service is not up to standards please contact us so we can discuss how to best resolve the problem. Please see your contract for more information. Purchases made through our online stores are final. We are unable to issue refunds or replacement items unless products are deemed defective.

When can we start my project?
We are just as excited as you are to begin a new project. The first step is to request a quote via phone or email. Please be as specific as possible in the services and products that you will need in order to complete your project. We will email a quote/agreement that will list individually the products and services needed to complete your job. After reviewing, please sign and return the form via email or mail, along with a 50% deposit. The remainder of payment should be received no later than 10 days after project is complete. Your contract will give specific information related to your project.
